Refund & cancellation policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. It explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.
Order cancellation
You can request to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & exchanges
Because each piece is hand-picked, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or colour preference. Please review the product photos, description and colour carefully before ordering.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
We check every order before it ships, but if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (and an unboxing video, if possible). After verification, we will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement isn't possible, a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, or you are charged twice for the same order, the amount is automatically reversed by our payment partner, usually within 5–7 business days. If you don't see the reversal, contact us with your payment details and we will help.
Non-returnable items
Stitched, customised or made-to-order items, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
