About us
This website is operated by Manita Collections, Dhansa, Najafgarh, Delhi. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Manita Collections.
Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. You log in using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP); please keep your account and device secure. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
Products & pricing
We sell ladies ethnic wear — suits, sarees, anarkalis and gowns. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product colours may vary slightly from your screen due to photography and display settings. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but we may correct errors and change prices or availability at any time.
Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm the order once payment is successful. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and to cancel and refund such orders.
Payments
Payments are processed securely online through our payment partner (Razorpay), which supports cards, UPI and netbanking. Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. We do not store your card or UPI details.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Refund & cancellation policy. Please review both before ordering.
Intellectual property
The Manita Collections name, logo, product photos and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site and products in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
