Where we ship
We deliver across India through reputed courier partners. We currently ship within India only.
Dispatch & delivery time
Once your payment is successful, delivery typically takes 7–20 days depending on your location. During sales, festivals or live events, dispatch may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. The amount you confirm at checkout is the final amount.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we share tracking details on your registered mobile number. You can also check your order status anytime under "My orders" in your account.
Delays & address accuracy
Please enter a complete and correct delivery address with a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability at delivery, or courier or weather disruptions beyond our control. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Payment
Orders are confirmed after secure online payment. We do not offer cash on delivery at this time.
